2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We offer standard and express shipping options. Your item will be delivered between 3-7 days based on your preferred option. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

3. International Shipping

  • We currently only ship in India. Patchify is also available for purchase on Walmart.com and TikTok for customers in the U.S, and Amazon.com for customers in the U.S, Canada, and Mexico

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • If you experience delays, please contact the shipping provider before reaching out to us

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Patchify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage for assistance
